At Co-Treat Corner, we are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based continuing education that is transparent, accessible, and learner-centered. The following policies apply to all continuing education activities offered by Co-Treat Corner, LLC.

Professional Conduct & Nondiscrimination
Co-Treat Corner is committed to providing a continuing education environment that is professional, respectful, ethical, inclusive, and free from discrimination and harassment.
All instructors, course planners, staff, contractors, and participants are expected to:
Demonstrate professionalism and ethical conduct.
Treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
Foster an inclusive learning environment that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
Refrain from harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
Comply with applicable professional, ethical, and legal standards.
Co-Treat Corner does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Accessibility & Accommodations
Co-Treat Corner is committed to creating accessible continuing education experiences for all learners.
Reasonable accommodations are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws to support full participation in our educational activities.
Participants requesting accommodations are encouraged to notify us as early as possible, preferably at least 14 days before the scheduled course, to allow adequate time to coordinate accommodations.
Depending on the educational activity, accommodations may include:
Closed captioning
Accessible digital course materials
Alternative document formats
Extended access to course materials, when appropriate
Other reasonable accommodations based on individual needs
Accommodation requests are reviewed individually, and reasonable efforts are made to ensure accommodations are implemented before, during, and after the educational activity when appropriate.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
If Co-Treat Corner cancels a continuing education activity, registered participants will receive a full refund.
If a course is rescheduled, participants may choose to attend the rescheduled offering or request a full refund.
Participants who are unable to attend a live continuing education activity may request a refund before the course begins. Refund requests submitted after the course has started are not eligible for a refund. If a recording of the live course is available, registered participants will receive access to the recording.
Due to the digital nature of on-demand learning, refunds are not available once course access has been provided.
Complaint Policy
Co-Treat Corner is committed to providing high-quality continuing education experiences.
Participants may submit complaints regarding continuing education activities, course instructors, administrative processes, or compliance with organizational policies.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 calendar days of the educational activity.
Upon receipt of a complaint, the Continuing Education Administrator will acknowledge receipt, review all relevant information, conduct any necessary follow-up, and provide a written response within 30 calendar days.
All complaints and resolutions are documented and maintained in accordance with Co-Treat Corner's Records Retention Policy.
Complaints may be submitted to hello@cotreatcorner.com and should include the participant's name, course title, course date, a description of the concern, and any supporting documentation.
Privacy & Security
Co-Treat Corner collects only the information necessary to administer continuing education activities. Information collected may include participant contact information, registration information, attendance records, course completion records, payment information processed through secure third-party payment processors, and ASHA reporting information, when applicable.
Participant information is used solely for course administration, participant communication, certificate issuance, and ASHA Continuing Education reporting. Co-Treat Corner does not sell participant information to third parties.
Continuing education records are maintained using secure, password-protected electronic systems with access limited to authorized personnel whose responsibilities require access to the information.
Participants are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the information they provide during registration. Prior to ASHA CEU reporting, learner records are reviewed for completeness and accuracy. If incomplete or inaccurate information is identified, participants will be contacted to verify or update their information before records are submitted to the ASHA CE Registry.
Intellectual Property
Co-Treat Corner respects intellectual property rights and complies with all applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise specified by written agreement, educational materials, presentations, handouts, recordings, graphics, assessments, and other course content developed for Co-Treat Corner continuing education activities remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Course instructors are responsible for ensuring that all content presented during continuing education activities is original, appropriately licensed or used with permission, and that all copyrighted materials are properly cited when required.
Participants may use course materials for their personal educational purposes only. Course materials may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, modified, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Co-Treat Corner or the applicable copyright owner.
